15 Financial Crimes Committed That We Should Try To Avoid

15 Financial Crimes Committed  That We Should Avoid

I have compiled a list of 15 items to avoid. The top 10 are unwise financial practices to avoid at all costs. The Bottom 4 are unwise practices since our market is currently so unstable.

•1.       Overdrawn on your banking account.

•2.       Not being able to pay the minimum amount due on credit cards.

•3.       Only paying the minimum on credit cards; try to pay more each month.

•4.       Ordering fast food or buying groceries on credit.

•5.       Paying your utility bills on credit.

•6.       Spending more monthly than you earn.

•7.       Continually opening more credit accounts.

•8.       Buying a car on credit.

•9.       Addictive and Compulsive Overspending; shopping at malls, TV, internet.

•10.   Never saving any money and living paycheck to paycheck.

Good financial planning is important. You can ask family members and friends for advice vs. putting out a lot of money paying for advice.  But in some cases, a professional planner is advisable.  For people in trouble, getting financial help immediately is so important to turn their financial woes around.

There are many great places on the internet for financial advice. The Internet is a vast landscape of personal finance tools and information. If you don't know where to look, sites such as Google Finance or Yahoo Personal Finance will give you some guidance.

•11.   Taking out a 2nd Mortgage to do improvements when you can barely afford the 1st.

•12.   Making career moves during this unstable economic time.

•13.   Buying a house when you cannot afford it comfortably..

•14.   Going on expensive trips when your budget doesn't permit it.

•15.   Extravagant Weddings or Expensive Cars.
