Remember Your Clients with Holiday Cards

Holiday Cards are Important to Remember your Clients

All Holidays are Important to Remember

I generally keep a file on all my past clients and hand write and send out cards via 'Snail Mail' as it is nice to receive mail. If I just send it by email, sometimes they get read and other times it is just deleted or gets mixed up in the dreaded 'SPAM' folder and that is not where I want my email to go. Do you?

I can honestly say I have a good relationship with my clients and they are always satisfied when we are closed so a nice reminder of my company and a warm hello for each holiday are important.

All Holidays are Important to Remember Clients

Here is my Halloween cards which I plan to send out today. I try to get generic cards that will appeal to all. Perhaps for Halloween, I buy dog and cat cards instead of black cats and skeletons so not to offend anyone.

During the Christmas holidays (exception) I buy two types of cards; Angels and Snowmen. The weather is cool if not cold, and a lovely Snowman to welcome the winter season is a great greeting as well as some cute hand drawn Country Angel cards.

In December, I try real hard to stop by and visit all my past clients in the area as they love to show me what they did to their homes since last I was there. It is a good time to catch up and let them know I still am thinking about them and care.

Happy Holidays and Thanks for Reading my Real Estate Blog....

Hi Kristin, using holiday cards to say hello to clients is such a nice and neutral way to connect.

Hi Joanna,

I agree and want to remember them on holidays. It is a special time for families and good times for all.

The only cards I send out are holiday cards.  Of course, if I hear of the loss of a pet or loved one, I send out a sympathy card.  Those pet sympathy cards are rarely received and very appreciated by pet owners.
