Where Did My Zillow Agent Profile Go?

Long before Trulia had Realtor profiles, I started putting all my listings on Zillow (10 years +) along with a detailed profile and had recomendations from past clients. Several years ago I added most to Trulia so many were on both sites; Zillow and Trulia.

A couple of days ago Zillow sent me an update on several closed sales telling me the values has increased. But when I clicked on my profile it said "Hello Kristin" but no profile, no listings, no closed sales. Where did it go?

Of course I found the contact button to send an email. Within a few hours, I got an automated email stating they would be contacting me within 24 hours. That was 3 days ago and still have not heard from them!

So everyone should check and make sure their Zillow Profile is still connected. I can say I am very upset as I spent a lot of time adding pictures, and had many  recomendations there too.

Aloha Kristin Hamilton CA Realtor if I may ask, how much do you or did you pay Zillow monthly and did you get referrals to justify the expense?  If you wish you can email me at besthomes@hawaii.rr.com  Salespeople are calling but I hang up on them.

Bruce Hicks  If I could toss out a thought, I'd suggest to explore and max out all the FREE functions available on Zillow first (and there are quite a few) before considering the paid features ...

This article has some good information.....

Hi Bruce Hicks

I can say I only used the Zillow Free Account. It was easy and always get notices updating the prices every few months. I used Trulia Premiere account for a short time but never Zillow. It has always been a good place for consumers to review my profile........but now anymore.

Hi Cheryl Johnson

I have mainly used the freebies that Z and T offered. I guess I cannot complain as it was in service for many years for free but I did a lot of work inputing the pictures after the properties closed and adding facts of the sales. I am hoping my email might get my profile back? I agree that the free tools are sufficient.

Such amazing service.  NOT!  I bet Zillow will be calling you to sell you a zip code before they fix your profile issue.  Annoying.

Hi Chris Ann Cleland

Oh yes, they seem to call every two weeks. I try not to be rude as they could mess up my free profile I have had for years.....but that is probably what happened.
