Enjoying Nature While Holding an Open House
Recently I took a new listing in Loma Linda, CA and while setting up, I noticed some beautiful roses that seemed to be in full bloom since the owner had recently trimmed them back.
The rose garden on the side of the house was lovely and made me think how the seller must love flowers and birds just like I do.
A rustic birdhouse which seemed to be a great rest stop for the birds in the neighborhood. Of course when I came outside again with my camera, they all flew away.
A hummingbird was hanging out on a bird feeder on the patio.Lastly, there was an owl in the bushes but wouldn't show himself for a photo. He could see me but I couldn't see him.
Bees were buzzing in the orange and red lantana that almost looked like it was growing wild.
This lizard was a big as it looks in the picture. The tail was so long..............while he was sunning himself on the retaining wall.
I love this bird's nest on the patio cover. It is probably an active nest but I probably had scared off any of the residents.
And the really good news is that I had 13 groups show up at my open house and received 3 offers all from that day. We are now in escrow and ready to close.
